At Ninjaz Academy, we are committed to ensuring that our students receive a high-quality experience when exploring, reviewing, and purchasing our courses, whether through live virtual classes, Examination Preparation Questionnaires or self-paced learning.

1. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1.1 For Self-Paced Learning

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date for a certification course. The refund will only be issued if the student has accessed less than 10% of the course material, including downloadable content. If the student has accessed more than 25% of the course material, the refund policy will be considered void.

1.2 For Instructor-Led Live Online Training

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. The refund will be void if the student or group has accessed more than 10% of the e-learning content, participated in any live sessions, or received recordings for more than 1 day. Downloading online materials will also nullify the refund. Requests made after 7 days from the enrollment date will not be considered for a refund under any circumstances.

2.2 Transaction Processing Fees

Refund requests initiated through a delegate will be subject to a 10% transaction charge to cover the processing fees. This deduction will be applied to the refund amount.

2.3 Multiple Enrollments

If multiple items were purchased, the customer is required to contact our support team through the “Help & Support” section on the website for further assistance.

3. REFUND FOR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Duplicate payment refunds will be processed within 10 days of the request submission, subject to approval by Ninjaz Academy.

No Refunds on Digital Products: Once a customer has purchased and accessed any digital content (e.g., Q&A sets, purchase questionnaires, exam preparation materials), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

FOR SELF-PACED LEARNING
For refund an individual/ group/ corporate will have to raise a request within 7 days of purchase of the certification course. We guarantee the money back only if the access to the learning/ downloaded material is less than 10% of the total course. Precisely, if an individual has accessed for more than 25% then money back guarantee stands null & void.

FOR INSTRUCTOR LED LIVE ONLINE TRAINING
For refund an individual/group/corporate will have to raise a request within the 7 Days of enrollment with us. Money back guarantee stands null & void if the participant/group has accessed more than 10% of the e-learning content or attends live session of trainer or received recording for more than 1 day. Money back guarantee is also void, in case an individual/ group user downloads the online material. If you raise a request after 7 days, no request will be entertained & no refund will be made to you.

WAYS OF REFUND REQUEST
1) You need to send an official E-mail to our support team for the refund of the fees with valid reason. This refund request will then be reviewed by the admin team to further validate it and get it approved from the management.

2) Any enrollment refund initiated through the delegate will attract 10% transaction charge on account of processing fees for the refund of payment.
3)In case item quantity is more than one, then you are required to connect with our support team through Help & Support section on the website.

REFUND: DUPLICATE PAYMENT
Refund of the duplicate payment will be made by the delegate will be processed via the same source.
